The York Gazette was founded March 5th, 2025 to combat the progressive slant of York’s two major newspapers, the York Dispatch and the York Daily Record, and give a voice to the majority opinion of York Countians.
We believe that people deserve to have a newspaper that covers news in a way that aligns with their beliefs, rather than one that tells its readers that their views are immoral, misguided, or foolish.
It’s plain, old common sense.
